Google Bad Review 1: Shame they cannot respond to genuine enquiries; I understand people being busy and occasionally forgetting, but I spoke to a chap called Toby and he was busy, asking can he call me back later in the day. Took my number (and repeated it back to me, so it was correct), but never returned my call. I followed up with an email (from the company's email address), but received no reply. Called a week later, Toby had finished at 3pm, but was told he'd call me back tomorrow; tomorrow was a Friday before the bank holiday. I heard nothing, and for the last time, I called again. Toby said he was busy, but asked when I needed the vehicle. I said in a week. He said, on that basis, as he was busy, could he return my call on Tuesday (following the bank holiday). Guess what?….Yep, you got it – no call bsck! I've given up now and just gone to Avis, which was simple & strait forward. Shame.

Google Bad Review (2): Bad Experience.
Needed a car London for 8 hours was coming from MANCHESTER arriving at London Euston.
Because of short time in London asked for car to delivered at station to be picked up again a 8 in the evening .
Gave all excuses to why I should come into office and collect (bare in mind office is 40 mins way in traffic and 36mins away by train)
Finally spoke to Tobi who said “with all due respect we don’t drop cars to train stations”.
After wasting my whole morning stating otherwise .
Essentially imply I was going to steal their vehicle.
I found this absolutely laughable as I provided my license and proof of address and was willing to give them any else they required.
Funny enough they offer service of dropping car to airports !
Stay away and use another company if you don’t want to waste your time.
Unfortunately for me the reviews were misleading and I had to learn the hard way .
*Could imagine them giving all the excuses in world about deposits too
