Google Bad Review 1: I have been seriously let down by this branch on several levels:
They failed to supply bath/shower panels/tray/shower fittings/toilet/cistern/taps on time, then they sent items that were wrong and finally even a faulty item.
I was told by them that everything was OK prior to work starting, reassured they had the items ready for my builders to receive – it took 3 weeks to get the last item from them, I have had no bathroom the whole time the job is just being completed.
Danny, Richard & Nick all contributed to making this the worse experience – no apology, just a string of excuses, “leave it with me”, that got nowhere, and the offer of a shower curtain as compensation followed by doubt of my builders workmanship to deflect from their own inadequacies.

Google Bad Review (2): Buyers be aware of this merchant , I purchased a pan connector few days ago , was the wrong size I’ve gone back to return it with my receipt , I as told they are not taking it back because is open . This people are treating customers like rubbish . Be aware if you buy anything and is something wrong they are not taking back or exchange .
