Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely pathetic experience. Used them for a transfer from Heathrow 4 to bromley. The driver could not speak English and it was difficult to communicate. Had an unpleasant discussion at the end of the journey in relation to the price. Had to pay an excess of waiting time fee. Will never use them again.
