Google Bad Review (2): Left disappointed at the disservice received. I was informed by the receptionist, after my appointment, that I essentially was penalised for using the bathroom and filling in a form having 20 mins deducted from my long awaited and needed pregnancy massage despite arriving early to my appt. I thought this was unfair considering the masseuse's appointment was cancelled after me so she had the time to make up the 90 mins massage I was made to pay for and did not receive. It would had been fair if I was charged for the 1hr 10 mins service not 90 mins. I will not be coming back again nor recommend this service due to the unfair penalties received. The whole objective was to leave relaxed but instead I left feeling shocked and disappointed. The masseuse didn't seem to read my form as the area I had pain and strain from my pregnancy and previous medical incident's were not focussed on. I was not asked about the pressure or where I would like the focus points to be. I also had an allergy to the lotion that was used, which was a first as I have had massages before so will stick to who I know and not try a new place because they have a pretty website.
