Google Bad Review 1: Poor hygiene! The two guys who served there today used the same plastic gloves for everything, ie preparing food as well as paying. When I asked them if they changed their gloves sometimes, I was firstly said that they didn't use cash, only cards, so it wasn't necessary. Then, they corrected themselves that they changed gloves (I noticed they weren't). I think that everyone is aware of payment cards being dirty. As does the payment terminal and till. Hygiene is still an issue to someone. Even in the pandemic time. Like the icing, falafel in pita with vegetables was disgusting. Not returning there anymore.

The lady, who claimed to be the manager, was very rude. I asked for some spice on the side, however, she refused and said that she would only put it on the bread. I could see she was very annoyed, as when I asked to only put a tiny bit she covered the whole bread with chilly spice. I told her that it was impossible for me to eat it that way for two reasons: 1) there was more spice than bread. 2) I suffer from an inflammatory disease and if I eat that much spice I will immediately feel sick. I, therefore, kindly asked her to change the bread or to issue a refund. She refused to do both and said she would call the security if I didn't leave. I asked her to do so, but she started ignoring me. I went to the security stuff upstairs who understood my situation and helped me write a complain. What she did was very unfair and rude. The worst service I have ever received in my life. Isn't she familiar with the health and safety regulations? I hope CHICKS starts training their stuff better, because it is unacceptable to give such a horrible customer service as a manager. I will never go back!
