Google Bad Review (2): Unbelievably terrible. The whole experience was like watching a bad comedy movie.
We started the process exactly one month ago, kept on saying we want to move asap. One day before agreed the move-in date we were told it was not possible to move. Why? They hadn't done their job properly and no contract was signed AFTER 3 WEEKS. 3 weeks in which we gave them everything they asked for. Instantly. One week later, we had signed the contract and sent them the money upfront for a whole year (which they asked for and received in an hour). We were sure we'd get to move. Hired a van, packed everything up, and right as we wanted to leave for London, we were told the deal fell through. BY MESSAGE. They didn't even have enough respect to call us.
Thankfully, we got our money back.
Please don't ever rent with these people. And if you're the agency and you're reading this, stop working in this industry. You are completely useless and are destroying people's lives.
