Google Bad Review 1: Be very careful about the carpets this company sells and the way you might get treated. A year and a half on, I have been incredibly disappointed with the final outcome. I spent £2000 on carpets for the whole of our upstairs and thought they would last us for a good decade. Within months, they had pilled so badly that they looked completely worn. I contacted Cherry Carpets and they send someone round to check them. His initial response was gosh this is so bad we will replace them for free which I was very happy with but then head office changed this and after much to-ing and fro-ing and complaining from me they eventually offer me a partial refund of £684. They said that the quality of the carpets was nothing to do with them and even suggested that I had mistreated the carpets which is rubbish: only two adults live in the house and we've got a Dyson vacuum cleaner. I really feel angry about the service in the end and feel so ripped off when I see the state of the carpets. We purposely did not go for cheap ones so that they would last. What's been even more galling is the fact that it has taken over 6 weeks to get the partial refund, with me sending repeated emails, plus I'm still stuck with carpets that look awful. I would not recommend Cherry Carpets at all.

Google Bad Review (2): Poor experience. Got 2 quotes. Neither of them that competitive. Found an independent local supplier and fitter and saved £900 on Cherry Carpets wool carpet quote. Might be cheaper than the big stores and John Lewis (also a ludicrous quote) but they can't compete with small independent suppliers. Keep looking!
