Google Bad Review 1: I had a terrible experience with their travel consultant Luke Howell. He made a serious error in changing my booking, resulting in me paying £230 for a change that was incorrect. I have been on the phone with Edwin, Jake, Luke Howell and the assistant manager since the 30th of December to try and rectify my booking, to no avail. They have today offered me a “solution”, which will potentially cost me an extra £250. Both Edwin and Jake have confirmed and admitted that Luke Howell made an error!!
This is unacceptable! As the customer who has been wronged, im very dissapointed with their service and the way they have not accepted their responsibility, as they have tried to push the cost to rectify their mistake on me (the customer).
This is very unprofessional, i will never recommend their services to anyone, nor will i ever use this agency.
Lastly, i have tried numerous times today to raise an official complaint within the company, to no avail. I would like someone from the company to take ownership of my complaint.
I am a very unhappy customer!!
