Google Bad Review 1: Very disappointed with the delay, poor after sales service and a lack of transparency. I bought my kitchen units from this company with a strong recommendation from a relative and I paid £16,540.00 without the appliances. My first payment was on 26th February 2016 and my last payment was on 12th June 2016 which was the beginning of the completion process.
At the time of placing the order I told that the delivery is within 5 to 6 weeks. During that time I made small change in the kitchen which would add two additional weeks.
In between, I was forced to change my worktop as CHD had overlooked that in case the work top was not available then there was an additional delay of atleast 3 weeks.
I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or colleagues because I feel that despite having paid such a high price for the units, due care has not been provided to me.
