Google Bad Review 1: Kew the Music, VIP PACKAGE WAS A JOKE. THE worse VIP event I have ever attended. I appreciate you are only responsible for food and drink and for £160 a ticket the BBQ provided by yourselves was appalling.
Poor quality, choice and quantity. I have posted picture and review on trip advisor and will be posting elsewhere. The food cost a max of £5, or if I am being very generous £10 a head. White wine was rationed like I have never seen before and not cold. No ice buckets available. No butter available, really? Bread with no butter. Who thought this through?
Missed the start of the concert as no time to eat and drink in a relaxed environment as expected. Desserts were minimal in size and choice of only 2.
I guess you are making great profits and that must be the motivational factor for you, clearly not a great customer experience.
Not many staff there either but can see you are giving young people a chance, probably on minimum wage!
