Google Bad Review (2): This review is purely based on prospective interactions as I did not proceed with them. Apparently, they are unable to quote for an approved planning permission unless they were the ones that did the planning drawings to begin with, even if I am asking for the builder’s own structural engineer to carry out technical drawings and building control post-planning permission approval. I find it extremely odd and akin to a “can’t-do attitude”. Having said that, based on prior reviews it appears that at least the quality of their work, when actually carried out, seems high.
