Google Bad Review 1: Some friends and I used to like going there as the food is really good but the service is horeendous.
The last example was when 3 of us wanted to go and called in advance to book since we wanted to use our gourmet society card. Although everytime we go the restaurant is almost empty they refused to take the three of us as their policy sets the maximum to two people when using such cards (even though every one of us had a card). This is just ridiculous and they've now lost customers.
No matter how good the food is, service has to be at least of a satisfactory level as well – and the people answering the phone should avoid hanging up on their customers!!!

Google Bad Review (2): Big fan of lebanese and Syrian food, went to London for different matter and was excited to have some lebanese shawirma and grill, googled and found this place well reviewed, walked a long distance to get there, was utterly disappointing, staff was not paying attention to me as if I was begging for food, ordered 2 shawirma and sat down, he asked me to either take away or sit outside as sandwiches not allowed inside, asked him to change it into a meal, he was not happy about that but did it anyway. The meal was cold and rice was heated by microwave. This place is absolute disgrace to lebanese food which I love and many restaurants are really good at. Never coming here again!
