Google Bad Review 1: I called to make an appointment and ask some questions. The person on the other end was abrupt and only interested in making the booking nothing else. I won't be using them. If I were the owner I would look into it as clearly they need some training on being nice and helpful.

Google Bad Review (2): Really disappointed with the professionalism of this salon. I had a very very bad experience with a stylist who left my hair half done and in a terrible state and was shockingly rude to me. After complaining my hair was fixed and I was told that the stylist was let go of as there was evidence of her bad behavior on cctv. I thought this was a one off and decided to go back today only to see that stylist working. I never asked her to be let go but this is what I was told and would have never rebooked if I knew she would be there as she was so awful. I was put in such an uncomfortable position. Be careful as some stylists are terrible although there are good ones too.
Edit: in response to the owners reply – You provided me with a ‘free’ hair cut and blow dry because your stylist completely messed up my hair before a function! When booking I was not told about the employment status of your stylists and frankly I do not care. When I come to a salon I want professionalism and it clearly doesn’t exist with you given your response and handling of the situation. I only returned to your salon as you assured me she should no longer be working there which was just an unnecessary lie – if this wasn’t actually true you shouldn’t have said it especially given I would have never asked for someone to lose their job and this was ENTIRELY brought up by you. Seeing her give me a dirty stare when I entered the salon caused me anxiety and stress in a place one goes to relax. Honestly I just cannot believe how badly this was handled and family and friends who use the salon will not be returning.
