Google Bad Review 1: Bone-achingly slow service, they ignore repeated emails for weeks, they misplace important post internally – I simply could not have been more disappointed with their service. Once they have your fees they no longer care.

Google Bad Review (2): I don’t even want them give this one star. Is used them two years ago when buying a shared ownership flat and it was the worst experience of my life – very stressful and emotional time and they really did not care. Phone calls never answered, emails never replied to. The worst communication I have ever experienced. I had to find out that my mortgage had expired from receiving a letter from the lender and not from the one of (I think) 4 different advisors that I were assigned to my case! Too many cooks! Disgusting service – avoid this company at all costs.
