Google Bad Review 1: So disappointed with this company. I asked for honesty and integrity and received the opposite.
Dominik visited twice – once alone and once with his brother and seemed excited about the property. They both said it was ‘cool’.
Everything seemed okay until I queried why the ‘team’ on the website were all stock photos and made up names (after our feedback, this has now been updated). This is a new company (2020) and is actually just Dominik with the support of his brothers. The response was that I should trust Dominik, having met him in person. He suggested we meet tenants/talked to other landlords. We did this and also had further discussions with Dominik to put our minds at ease. I wanted to be able to visit the property during any works, so checked i would be able to sleep on the floor during works as we live a few hours away. I still feel this was a reasonable request.
On the Saturday we agreed to hand over the keys on the Monday. On Sunday we moved all our stuff out. On the Sunday evening, as we loaded the last of the boxes into the van we got a nasty email from Dominik saying he wasn’t interested in our property or the area or dealing with us and insinuating WE were the untrustworthy ones. The change of tone was abrupt and strange given the efforts made to convince us of trustworthiness. I feel a more mature business and business owner would have thanked for the feedback, rebuilt trust and have continued the good relationship we initially had at the start.
This has caused us a great deal of difficulty as we had made so many plans and made an effort to try to reach the tight deadlines Dominik said he wanted to meet before Christmas.
Given this I am unable to recommend and would advise avoiding. There are other similar companies out there who are more established and who may not conduct their business in such and underhanded and emotionally reactive manner.
