Google Bad Review 1:  Enjoyed the treatments – purchased a package of 6 sessions. In the six months, I experienced their terrible customer service. They will move appointment times without speaking to you, you'll receive an email the night before with a new time for the next morning. Went for a follow-up review after a treatment as I was told it was important for a clinician to review six weeks after. I travelled all the way there over the Christmas break to be sat in a room with someone new (who was 10min late!) who had no idea what treatments I had, but scrolled through an ipad with notes and ask me if I wanted to buy more sessions. It took me an hour to get there and it wasn't a follow up appointment at all, just a sales pitch. Too many bad experiences in a short amount of time to ever return. I would have happily bought another package, but there are so many places that do these treatments, I'll go to one who can keep appointments and not waste time.

Google Bad Review (2):  I came here about a year and a half ago and have never been so angry at the inconsistency and completely missold treatments. I originally had a treatment coordinator who seemed to understand what I was after, but ultimately left. I was then reassigned to Caroline as a treatment coordinator, who just didn’t seem to be able to follow through on anything I needed and sold me the most completely unnecessary and completely wrong treatments and products. I complained repeatedly about the skin under my eyes being my main concern and was sold treatments that didn’t target that area, but serviced my face as a whole. I was told HIFU would be excellent for my undereyes but when I went for my first session, I was told HIFU can’t get to your under eye area because the skin is too thin. I then found out about other treatments for my undereyes through a different clinician there, and when I would ask Caroline about them, they were always her ‘new favourite procedure’…even though she had never recommended them to me, despite being created for the very area I was having a problem with. I was sold MULTIPLE ZO products that were categorically not right for my skin. I was given a 1% retinol (having had bad experiences with retinol for years before which they knew of), which absolutely burnt my skin off. It didn’t matter that I used a pea sized amount, it didn’t matter if I stuck to ZO products or not, it didn’t matter if I went to the gym or not (as I’m sure they will no doubt contest in this review), because I have since been to a dermatologist who has confirmed what I had suspected all along: that it was far too strong a product and has badly damaged my skin barrier and actually caused ageing. Every time I complained about ZO, I was told to ‘persevere’. It was awful and completely wrong for my skin (please note:
NO ONE in that clinic is a dermatologist, but seem to have been on some sort of ZO product course and claim they know what products your skin needs. They don’t, and they should NOT be recommending such strong products). I followed up so many times about being unhappy and was told different and conflicting things every time. I was never clear who was actually looking after my plan (as a treatment coordinator, I would expect it to be Caroline) until the very very end when I was so sick of being pacified with their sales bullsh*t and told so many different and confusing things that I ultimately told them I was leaving. Only then was I told it was actually one of the clinicians (not the treatment coordinator…sorry, what does a treatment coordinator do, if not COORDINATE your treatments??) who was actually across my plan – and I only FINALLY got this information after a meandering back and forth where I was told I could talk to this person and that person (who I also wasn’t aware were across my treatment plan…and ultimately weren’t) and being accused of missing ‘multiple’ (in reality: one) follow up sessions. They have ultimately not come through on anything I actually needed. They refunded me for ONE PRP treatment as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ despite the fact I was missold a course of HIFU (and also absolutely didn’t need it in the first place) and had spent well over £15K on other treatments here. It is a terrible TERRIBLE clinic and should be avoided at all costs. There is just too much to cover about my experience and they will no doubt reply to this with ‘we have followed up with you about x, y and z’ to try and save themselves and negate this bad review, but trust me: it’s not worth it. P.S. they pay for that space in the Tatler Cosmetic Guide. It’s a placed ad, not an acknowledgement from Tatler.
