Google Bad Review 1:  I used this store as my local store of Bayswater was closed for refurb. I am used to the beds always being clean, spotlessly so at Bayswater so I was shocked by how dirty Hammersmith was. There was hair and dust all collected in the beds right by where your head is. I took pics and sent to head office and they did not even bother to acknowledge it. The price is the same so don’t understand why the service isn’t. Would not use again. Oh and I waited nearly an hour even though I’d pre booked!

As can be seen from the response below the customer service advised me to contact them via the link provided and I would be responded to as a “priority”, once again I had NO response!! I am disgusted by the tanning shop customer service, it would appear their responses which on the surface seem to “care” about their customers, are actually juts for public show! I am very disappointed with them as a company, if it wasn’t for the excellent local store that I have then I wouldn’t bother with accross the board. There should be consistency in the service you receive from a brand, not just some good bits here and there! Tanning shop used to be top notch with customer service, I really wonder what happened over the past year or so for it to go so downhill.

Google Bad Review (2):  The only lie down was a sun angel but there was a booking so I had to wait so I went out for had an hour. Bot great selection as I hate stand ups as I can't cope on them for more than 8 mins and I like to tan for 14+ mins. Man working there was strange. Playing very weird music on his phone, techno gothic rock and Romanian sounding music and outdated cheesy club classics. I could have coped but the aux chord was broken on the bed! 20 mins of torture. Bed was also filthy, but I only realised about 12 mins through. The tanning shop is very temperamental, you have fantastic stores like Birmingham city with state of the art beds and great staff and this spooky shop. Sort it out!
