Google Bad Review: This is my local Boots and I have to say most of the time they are very unhelpful, especially today I went in with a faulty Nuby baby water bottle which I purchased a few days ago I didn't have my receipt I have explained to the lady at the front till that cup is faulty as soon as I washed it to fill it with water I was unable to assemble it and all I need was a replacement she told me we have no manager in today I asked who is in charge to sort out problems she said we are all can sort problems but how can you prove you bought it from us we need a receipt I was like it's just a water bottle I was not thinking to keep the receipt overall it was such a very bad and embarrassing situation as I felt she is accusing me to lie for £7 bottle at the end asked me to come back another day when they have a manager in
