The nice but dirty room.
The non-existent services: we were given a towel each ONE !!! The next day room not made up and towels not changed. Dirty cups still on the table and the bin not emptied.
I go down to the reception “welcomes” me a girl with bare feet on the chair opposite who, before saying goodbye, takes care to send two vowels on WhatsApp.
At my request for extra towels, he snorts another vowel and disappears for 10 Min.
The room is not redone because and I quote: “after the COVID the business fell and we had to make cuts”.
Returning one evening I ask for extra keys that were left with my wife, he replies: “I'll finish dinner and I'll arrive”: I had to wait for the pizza to finish.
I state that I never get angry and even on that occasion I sat patiently I had a beer in the hall that I had to open with the lighter because the girl did not know where the bottle was.
RIDICULOUS STAFF !!!!! NON-EXISTING SERVICES !!!! ARROGANT !!!

Una stella per la location: comodissima alla fermata di Hammersmith con metro e bus.
La camera bella ma sporca.
I servizi inesistenti: ci è stato consegnato un asciugamano a testa UNO!!! Il giorno dopo camera non fatta e asciugamani non cambiati. Tazze sporche ancora sul tavolo e pattumiera non svuotata.
Scendo in reception mi “accoglie” una ragazzina con i piedi scalzi sulla sedia di fronte che prima di salutare si premura di mandare due vocali su WhatsApp.
Alla mia richiesta di extra asciugamani sbuffa manda un altro vocale e sparisce per 10 Min.
La camera non viene rifatta perché e cito: “dopo il COVID il business è calato e abbiamo dovuto fare dei tagli”.
Rientrando una sera chiedo extra chiavi che erano rimaste con mia moglie mi risponde: “finisco la cena e arrivo”: ho dovuto aspettare che finisse la pizza.
Premetto che non mi arrabbio mai e anche in quell'occasione mi sono seduto pazientemente ho preso una birra nella hall che ho dovuto aprire con l'accendino perché la ragazza non sapeva dove fosse lapribottiglie.
PERSONALE RIDICOLO!!!!! SERVIZI INESISTENTI!!!! ARROGANTI!!!
unica menzione la ragazza di lunedì mattina. Brava professionale e gentile!!!
