Google Bad Review: Very disappointed.
Firstly I paid a lot of money for my appointment to find out I had to pay an additional £30 per mole to be checked.
Secondly I thought I was seeing a specialist but I was actually only seeing a nurse.
I had my results back relatively quickly and it said I needed an urgent referral, which made me feel extremely anxious. I booked in with the mole clinic for them to offer me an appointment in September, which made no sense.
I then decided to go through my GP who said there was nothing wrong with my moles, he referred me to the hospital anyway for my results to come back all fine.
Prior to this I had rang and cancelled my appointment with the mole clinic. 3 weeks have gone by and my refund has still not come through.
I spoke to someone on customer service today and she said I did not give her my card details for a refund, like it was my fault. The woman I spoke to never asked me for my details yet told me the refund had gone through.
The amount of money you are paying you would expect a high level of service unfortunately that is not the case.
I am not one for normally leaving bad reviews but the amount of anxiety I went through regarding my results and inconvenience this has caused me I had to.
