Google Bad Review 1: Did their job. Put my beloved cat to sleep and stopped his suffering. However the whole process was conducted in a totally clinical way. No kind words or sympathy were offered at all. Felt like all they cared about was getting their money. Absolutely no people skills at all. The whole process lasted about 10 minutes and that is how I was treated for the fee of £275!! I would find an alternative next time. TERRIBLE!!

Google Bad Review (2): Most out of hours services at least offer some advice! We called as our cat who is borderline diabetic had eaten some meat fat. We wanted to speak to a vet or at least get some information over to them to get some advice before rushing him down to the vets as he gets very stressed at the vets and didnt want to upset him. The person I spoke with on the phone was only interested in my information for data protection (surprised she didnt get my bank details whilst she was at it!!) Her manner was rude and abrupt and I would hate to be a client calling with a terminally ill animal and get her cherry tones demanding all your details! And then proceeded to tell me that the only way to get any advice was to bring him in and pay the £173 that was the emergency fee for the night! We dont even use your vets, our vets send us there out of hours! Having read a lot of terrible reviews on other pages I would never bring any of our animals to you! I will be complaining to our vets about their choice of out of hours practices. No care or compassion just worried about money and making it quickly. Having spoken with another out of hours practice, that actually did converse with a vet on our behalf we made the decision to monitor him and not rush him to the vets and this morning he is absolutely fine! Thank goodness we didnt follow your vet practice advice as we would have wasted £200 as we dont drive and had to have got cabs there! Terrible service! Vet advice on the phone should be provided, but all you see is £££££! Despicable!
