Google Bad Review: Booked Kudos Bodyworks for a smaller repair of my car's bumper. Marcus, the business owner, came out on time and done the required job on my car. At first it seemed perfect, however a day or two following the repair, I noticed a smaller, 5p coin size dent reappear on where the original damage was.
I called Marcus and he gave me a time and date when he'll come back and make this good.
On the day, Marcus didn't turn up, nor he picked up his phone or answered any of my texts. I have wasted half of my Saturday waiting for him and had most of my family program rescheduled to accommodate his appointment.
He then reappeared on Sunday, sending me a text, which was more on the arrogant side rather than the apologetic one, saying that he'll get in contact on Monday to rebook, as he had a family emergency hence why he didn't come.
Came Monday, and Marcus never bothered coming back to me. I texted him again, however he couldn't be bothered replying to that either.
Really disappointed with the level of customer service and of course with the job itself which is by far not 100%.
