Google Bad Review: A very poor experience with this service I have to say. Needed a quote on my vehicle so I firstly emailed to receive a quote, which was ignored. Then I turned up to their branch only to be treated with neglect and told to sit in my car. After waiting 25mins, no one came to see me so I left and found another body shop who give time to their customers. I believe the company did not explore the situation professionally or act with any attention to a supported body shop tech position. I would not recommend this service and encourage anyone to make sure they are dealing with specialists in this area who know their business area competently in the interest of their customers.
