The majority of 5* reviews on here are fake. Don't be misled.
We very recently hired this company to do a deep clean of two houses before moving out – We are leaving a property and moving into another. We had picked Samyx because of the positive reviews and were ripped off massivley. The company refused to acknowledge how dirty both properties were left and were really unprofessional. They have also refused any form of refund full or partial.
To add both parties involved in the move had intentionally left the houses in a decent state so that the cleaners didn't have too difficult a job, e.g. moved furniture for them, did pre-dusting and hoovering and removed most tough stains, so we reasonably expected a deep clean as advertised.
House 1: “deep clean” should have taken around 4 hours, including a carpet clean at extra cost. The initial round of cleaning was poor – dirty bathrooms with hair on the floor that had not been sprayed down, carpets with stains left on them, bleach stains on the wood work from their cleaning products, dirtier kitchen floor than when they entered the property (used dirty mop and water leaving sticky grey residue on the kitchen floor). As well as this the carpets still had hair in them despite the extra cost paid, skirting boards were still dusty, kitchen tiles not wiped down.
We asked them to re-do the above and complained to the company. The company then called the cleaners back, which agitated them, and they essentially refused to clean anymore, despite the dirt being visible. We had to do a full re-clean ourselves.
House 2: cleaners should have spent 3 to 4 hours here, they left before 2 hours, and we assume because we had complained about the first property, they decided to do the bare minimum in this one. They left before we could check the rooms and ask them to re-do it. There were literally balls of dust littered around the house, both fridges had not been cleaned as promised (sticky food residue on shelves and smell), carpet still had hair in it, skirting boards were dusty to see, mouse droppings in the cupboards (which we had cleared in preparation for the clean), bathrooms had hair in them, toilets not clean. Literally nothing had been wiped down, and the kitchen floor had been mopped with a dirty mop and water again.
We've had to re-do each room in this house which wouldn't have been an issue if we hadn't paid quite a lot of money for it to have been done by Samyx.
After speaking to the company and sending photos they refused to acknowledge their very poor service and accused us of lying. This wouldn't be as frustrating if we hadn't gone out of our way to make the cleaners lives easier by doing a pre-clean and moving furniture for them. We were also understanding on the day because it was hot and told them to take their time and not to worry (even bought them ice lollies on their break to keep everyone sweet – to no avail).
It's disgusting to be treated like this and I 100% advise you to go elsewhere. We just wanted the service that we paid for. If you're going to do a bad job, at the very least try and make it not obvious – this was just so blatant.

Google Bad Review (2): We booked Samyx in to do an end of tenancy clean and it was the most superficial clean you could possibly imagine. The cleaners used the same rag for everything apparently, so every surface had these fibres on. They somehow managed to make the floors more dirty than they were before, leaving behind a horrible sticky residue. They were also really careless with a cleaning fluid and left stains all over the wooden countertops in the kitchen. Absolute rip off merchants. When we asked for some or all of our money back they refused and did not sound bothered about us saying we'd leave a bad review, so I'm assuming that most of the good reviews left already are fake or left by members of staff.
EDIT in response to the reply from Samyx:
This is incorrect, the cleaners did not ask if we were happy before they left. In the middle of the clean they showed us the house before they did the floors and carpets and my housemate and I pointed out many areas where the attention to detail was sloppy. The guy who spoke English said he would address these. He said we had to wait at least three hours after the carpets were done before going inside. Then the two guys left without saying bye or checking if we had any questions. It was only after we'd waited in the garden, allowing for the carpets to dry that we had time to do a proper inspection and saw how poor the job was. The two cleaners then went and did an even worse on the property we were moving into (we were swapping tenancies with another household).
You did offer to re-clean but we were moving out and the new occupants in the next day so practically there wouldn't have been time. Also, if you messed up the first time what faith would we have that you'd get it right the second?
So disappointing and not to even offer a partial refund is appalling.
