Google Bad Review 1:  The driver (pre-booked airport pick-up) took more than two hours from Gatwick to Central London and rudely complained to me about the time he took during the entire drive. He would only accept cash as payment (on an airport transfer especially inappropriate as you don’t necessarily carry the currency yet, and generally very last century for London). He also arrived 25 minutes late at the pick up point at the airport, despite the flight being an hour late.
Calling the office the operator was unhelpful and rude, and merely asked to leave a review, which this is. Needless to say, I won’t recommend this company and will never use them again.

Google Bad Review 1:  This is my experience with Euro Chauffeur. For objectivity, I only listed facts here leaving reviewers to draw their own conclusion about the quality of service of Euro Chauffeur.

I was advised by owner Rana during inquiry that I needed to be collected at 09:15 for arrival by 11:00 at Wimbledon on June 30. I trusted his advice and made booking accordingly.

However, when I was picked up by driver Omar this morning, I was told by Omar that I should be picked up by 10:10 rather than 09:15 in order to arrive at 11:00 at Wimbledon.

Rana then tried to argue on call why he thought I should be picked up by 09:15 even though his own driver suggested otherwise.

Fed up with his misleading information, I firmly and forcefully refused his argument as I did not want to trust someone who breached my trust in the 1st place.

Rana then cancelled my booking unilaterally on the ground that he thought I was rude. If refusing to be misled and cheated is rude, so be it.

Some more facts：

My hotel arranged private chauffeur for me as a result of Euro Chauffeur’s unilateral cancellation of my order.

I left hotel at 10:10 and I arrived at Ralph Lauren hub at 11.05. Total fare is £80, 15.8% cheaper than Euro Chauffeur’s quotation of £95.

Ok. I’ve just read your reply to my comments above. Firstly, email is how we had been communicating, on the email I communicated the 3 pick ups and asked how I was to pay you. If there was a problem you should have said so instead of ignoring my request.
Secondly , my issue is with the organisers not the driver , you let him down.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very horrible experience! Do not use this company!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They charged extra fare for waiting even though I had put the flight arrival time at 14:40. They started counting the time from 14:15 – they said they had been tracking my flight. What is the point of asking what time the flight is landing then? They use this to trick people. On top of this, they have been late in the past for pick ups I booked and never offered me a refund for me having to wait a long time for them to get there. When I complained, they did not do anything about it. All they know to do is look for extra money and what will suit them. They are all very rude and lack good customer service. I can never use them again and you would be unwise to use them as you will 100% have a nasty experience.

We specifically chose to use your company and paid a premium for the fare, in comparison to other companies that we could have used, so that we could have a secure car seat for the two month old child that we were travelling with. On the booking we requested a car seat that was rearward facing and that was suitable for a young baby.

On arriving and meeting the taxi driver, what we found was that:

– the car seat wasn’t suitable for an infant of this age

– it was a forward facing car seat, placed on the seats that face backwards

– it wasn’t installed and the taxi driver had no idea how to install it and suggested that we should try

There are numerous things wrong with this.

When we raised this as not meeting the expectations, the taxi driver mentioned that it’s not the law that babies need to be secured. I know it’s not the law, but it’s the service we paid for regardless. In the end, we were forced to continue the journey in a way where the baby wasn’t secured as we wanted him to be and left my wife both uncomfortable for the entire journey, due to the position she had to hold the baby, and also upset.

While the driver did endeavour to drive carefully, we could have achieved the same outcome for much cheaper if we were to have consciously chosen a taxi company that didn’t offer car seats.

Google Bad Review 1:  Booked in advance and they didn’t show up. Ignored my calls for 20 minutes, whilst me and 3 women were waiting outside a closed wedding venue in the middle of nowhere in the cold.

When I finally got through to them after calling maybe 20 times, they made up a story about having a breakdown (classic minicab excuse), then said there was nobody else that could pick us up.

Gatwick late at night with my 3 year old daughter. I needed a car seat so applied the request both via pre selecting the option but also adding a comment. Our flight was delayed which I informed the driver and he said he would be at arrivals in 5 minutes. 25mins later I called him and he said he was having trouble parking?
Eventually with 2 x suitcases and my daughter we go to the taxi to find no car seat?! It was now 10.20pm so we entered the car. The driver said he was not informed so I called the head office. Only to be told they didn’t have a driver with seat available and told him to drive safely?!
I suggested this was not acceptable and asked what they would do compensate as an apology didn’t seem to be forth coming! He said £5 discount and if I didn’t like it to get out of the cab on the road side (we were already driving) and order an Uber!!!!!!! Shocking service for £77 fare

At 3.01 I called up to ask where our taxi was, and was informed it hadn't even been dispatched yet and would be another 10-15mins.
