Google Bad Review 1:  Booked in advance and they didn’t show up. Ignored my calls for 20 minutes, whilst me and 3 women were waiting outside a closed wedding venue in the middle of nowhere in the cold.

When I finally got through to them after calling maybe 20 times, they made up a story about having a breakdown (classic minicab excuse), then said there was nobody else that could pick us up.

I can’t believe the lack of empathy this company had for us in our situation, bunch of amateurs that I wouldn’t recommend you use if the trip is essential.

Google Bad Review (2):  I purposely booked my taxi as I was travelling back home from
Gatwick late at night with my 3 year old daughter. I needed a car seat so applied the request both via pre selecting the option but also adding a comment. Our flight was delayed which I informed the driver and he said he would be at arrivals in 5 minutes. 25mins later I called him and he said he was having trouble parking?
Eventually with 2 x suitcases and my daughter we go to the taxi to find no car seat?! It was now 10.20pm so we entered the car. The driver said he was not informed so I called the head office. Only to be told they didn’t have a driver with seat available and told him to drive safely?!
I suggested this was not acceptable and asked what they would do compensate as an apology didn’t seem to be forth coming! He said £5 discount and if I didn’t like it to get out of the cab on the road side (we were already driving) and order an Uber!!!!!!! Shocking service for £77 fare
