Google Bad Review 1:  Personally, a very bad experience.
It was my second tattoo, therefore I know what to expect from a tattoer, and they disppointed me on almost evrything:
1. the tattoer didn't draw, not even tried to improve my drawing, altough i asked him to redraw it, since I am not the artist, they are supposed to be.
2. he actually snorted at me when I asked him if he could modify the shape of an arrow which was clearly skewed.
3. The original tattoo was supposed to be filled in. I asked if i could come and fill in the day after. the reply: yes you can come tomorrow, but you WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN !!
4. I left it unfilled, and they charged me 130 pounds for a 5 minutes job (it was quite small), and a tattoo they didn't even draw!
5. Actually, I paid 135£, because they charged extra 5 for debit cards! Debit, not even credit cards…
6. I don't know what is the use with tattoo shops, but last time I was given a small tube with the cream post tatoo included with the price. Here, nothing.
The quality of the tatto is ok. Not saying anything about it, but really the worse handling i could receive.
Tattoos are life-long marks which for most customers means it is an important choice, and these people really seem to have become indifferent to it. On top of their manifest unprofessionality.

Google Bad Review (2):  I am really quite disgusted with this shop. I have just had my younger sister come home very upset. I had gone with her to book in a few months ago. To find out today they had fired one of the most professional and caring artists I have ever come across called LAUREN. Who put my sister mind at rest and was truly lovely. However they are now refusing to refund my sister her money back. With absolutely no explanation, because there isn’t one, It’s theft. The manager MARUSKA couldn’t have been more rude, smiling at my sister while telling her she’s not getting her money back. No customer service whatsoever. I’m in shock. Legal action will be taken.
