Google Bad Review:  I would give zero star if I could.
I purchased an item on the website to be delivered at mine, but when I received it it wasn’t suitable for my needs so I decided to return it. I called the costumer service and the operator kindly suggested me to go to any Argos store where someone would help me with the refund so I did it.
I went to my closed Argos store where I was “assisted” by Shalina, apparently the manager, who was EXTREMELY rude towards me.
She deliberately deny to help me and left me with my purchase which is 4 big heavy shelves!
The only reason I went to the store is, the delivery box was damage by the rain and as the packaging was faulty I went to the store (also happy to buy a new one there!), but she refuse to help me and ask me to leave.
She deny to sell me another box or anything else.
She could not be bothered to work.
I can not believe as she is even employed by a company, she is absolutely not suitable for a costumer service position. Avoid that Argos as it is managed by incompetent and rude senior staff.

Google Bad Review (2):  Ordered a product online and visited the Pimlico Store to pick it up. Arrived at 11am on Sunday morning and told that they had no idea if it was in stock. Waited 30 mins for the staff to find it! After being ignored for 1/2 an hour I gave up and left. A total waste of Sunday Morning. Please Argos, if you send email confirmation that it’s in stock can you make sure it is as lying is not cool.
