Google Bad Review:  Booked a couples massage for my partner and I. Before the massage I asked what kind of oil was going to be used, and was told that it was an all natural oil. Long story short the massage was amazing.
After the massage I came down with severe itch and inflammation. When I called to ask what the oil was- she said avocado and almond… I am allergic to almonds. They phoned me back with some recommendations, but never took responsibility for what could have been SO easily prevented by “inquiring ppls allergens “(esp since I was told they have jojoba oil for sensitive/allergy prone clients). This could have also been a much more serious reaction had I been unable to remedy it in time.
