Google Bad Review 1:  I visited Platinum center few times. The receptionist/admin on first floor are old, rude and extremly incompetent.
The private GP Lisa Anderson is completely lost and cannot keep track of your symptoms.
She did numerous times mistakes/forgot to write referral to specialist, ignored my pain complains, and even ignored my emails.
The service from Platinum center is worse than NHS and you will pay thousands.
Stay away from this place.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible place and hospital. From the reception till to the consultant all of the process tells you that once you get inside of this door you can be ripped off and what you can get is really dependent upon the grace of the people here. The receptionists may or may not respond you if you do not get their attention,otherwise you can be waiting in the queue forever. They could be requesting your debit card beforehand eventhough you paid the service of the consultant as if you agreed on certain tests with them already. The consultant was the worst, he asked me meaningless questions including whether I know about the air pollution of London, did not empathize with the patient at all, satisfied himself with the meaningless Q&A, then didn't answer my questions which made me cancel the consultation and return back from there. He didn't write a report at all, didnt look at my records as well. I wasn't even refunded. I requested his complaints procedure and how I would be commenting about him. He gave me nothing, even I couldnt be able to comment on the service he gave to me. Then I complained hospital but they backed him up. So,you are on your own after this door, be prepared for bad quality of the service and what you get will be dependent upon if they are graceful to you regardless of the money you pay.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience, on the phone they told me it will cost £300 for the surgery when i went to the clinic on the end it’s was £2500 ( apparently it start from £300 and can get up to .. strange on the phone they haven’t mentioned this ) and of corse I wasn’t able to pay this amount on the day , so I paid £249 for a consultation (Hello, this is Lipoma “well I knew it already “ thank you bye ) this was the most ridiculous consultation I had it’s a proper stealing money from people , unprofessional doctor doesn’t worth the money they take .

Google Bad Review (2):  A poor experience. The company doesn't have much regard for the clients and treatments they offer under Groupon deals. Dr Bhar cancelled my appointment last minute, and told me to seek a refund instead. Will not be recommending this Doctor, or this clinic if you want to go somewhere reliable. It was a greater disappointment because the Doctor is only in once a week on the Friday, so having booked the appointment 2 weeks ago, they wasted 2 weeks of time that I could have gone somewhere else.

Don't waste your time, especially if you're expecting a good service under a Groupon offer.

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Alan was diagnosed with mouth cancer when a small cancerous ulcer was identified on his tongue during a routine trip to the dentist. Despite surgery to remove the cancer, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the cancer returned in November 2019. Alan was given just six months to live…. Amazingly, two years on from this devastating news, Alan is defying all the odds. He has responded well to further treatment and subsequent scans have indicated that the cancer is dormant. Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Google Bad Review 1:  We choose a private delivery service here and I am really disappointed about it.
Most of the nurses and midwifes are very inexperienced, horrible I should say.The first prenatal internal examination started in 7cm. An easy syringe blood drawing led to my wife's half arm cyanosis and the nurse/midwife pressed the swollen place immediately after the drawing, which resulted in worse condition. After delivery the wrong dealing with the urinary catheter resulted in blood urine and may hurt the bladder. The newborn baby check cost 300 pounds and it just took about 2minutes, even less then the time I used to put the clothes on and off.The hour salary is much more than prime Minister I guess. The covid rule is also rediculous.I wanted to change my mum to replace myself to stay with my wife but they denied for the reason of covid control.If so, why even asked us to do the sample collection?

Google Good Review:  I was in the Howard Ward last week under the care of Dr Anderson, the care I received from Dr Anderson's private staff was outstanding. During my 3 days stay I was well looked after. The ward and rooms were clean and I felt safe at all times. The staff, from the Doctors and Nurses to the Catering team were professional and caring at all times. I would highly recommend both Dr Anderson and the Howard Ward.

Google Bad Review 1:  My father was referred via NHS to this hospital. He attended and the consultant told him he will send the prescription to our surgery. After 3 weeks we followed up with the surgery. They called and were told that we need yo wait 6 weeks in total for a simple prescription to be issued (I bet private patients are issued with one on the spot). We waited and waited and after another month or so we went again to the surgery. They called again the hospital and have been told some excuse and that they will issue one shortly.
Nothing was issued.
A week ago I called the hospital and raised this as a complaint. I was passed onto a manager who said she needs to find from the consultant what happened and she will get back to me. Guess what, she also disappeared. Shame on you all: the consultant, his secretary and the manager that was dealing with the complaint. I bet if my father had been a private patient you will be running around and sorted this within hours. Shame on you all.
PS: after 5 month waiting the prescription was never issued. Will also be putting a complaint against the hospital to the NHS directly.

Google Bad Review (2):  Disappointed. Been attending this hospital apt for over 15 years. I am a private patient. You used to get such good service here.
You could see your surgeon . Have a scan then bloods the same day. Then just book in to see your surgeon. Know you will have to book ultra one day mri one day bloods one day then book in to see surgeon. You have to wait for weeks some times for a scan . This is not private anymore. The service is beyond pathetic know. You struggle to get surgeon apts . Same issue with scans. You are just told there is nothing t. hey cat Well the fact is they can. They can give there priavte patients priory. As it's a priavte hospital. They have taken so many nhs patients just for money that us priavte patients are suffering. They have no system in place for us to have treatment faster then nhs. I have been paying 15k for my health insurance. I went to my gp on monday and he said I need you to have a scan. I can get you in the spire in 2 weeks. I was shocked. Why am I paying for private when it's so easy to get this on the nhs. It's all about money for them. After 15 years it's like a kick in the theeth. I called and complaint to be told there is a massive burden on the healthcare due to covid. This is why I go private so I dont have to wait. Very sad and disappointed. They need to change there marketing to say private and nhs. About 60 percent of their clients are nhs. I know this from speaking to people in the waiting room. Everytime I chat to someone they are from the NHS. Very sad and it's about money for them not service. No loyalty to there long standing private patients. If I have to wait 2 weeks to have a scan or see a surgeon it's not private. The last time I managed to get a cancellation and get in 2 days earlier. The time I was only offered 8.30am. The time I feel worse due to my meds and health issue. My insurance company and me have spent about 100k if not over at this place. Not impressed about them pushing us back to get nhs patients in. Also I know all surgeons do not see NHS but the ones I have tried to book with or have do. Monday left 2 ultra sound tests was promised will be called on tue surprise its wed no call and I'm chasing the. This is private??? Private joke. I left paperwork for my scan was promised to be called tue know wed rag hospital and the staff in radiologist dept was so rude. She said we have been waiting for the radiologist to call us back he has not. What the hell ???I explained I'm a priavte patient and this is not competent behaviour from him. Where she said well your not the only priavte patient also he is very busy. What??? I'm in so much pain and he has not rang them back. Hence my apt can not be booked. Just shocking. I will lodge a written complaint about this not that they will do much. Hence all the 1 stars. .
