Very shame on JD to have racist staff !!!
The cashier was mixed race with piercing on her nose and othere cashier called maneger she was 24,25 years old with iranian nationality .

Google Bad Review (2):  Extremely poor service. We waited at the diamond region to genuinely purchase a ring- the sales assistants all ignored us. The person covering the diamond section was helping an individual which took 20 mins. Whilst I understand it’s 1-1 service (particularly when it involves diamonds) BUT the least she could have done is say “I’m sorry I’ll be with you in a moment”. Instead she completely ignored us. The girl she was helping was taking photos -clearly not buying anything. Anyway after waiting patiently and not saying a word, the sales assistant turns around and walks away -to which I said “sorry but we have been waiting for help”. She then says “there are other people who have been waiting longer”. No apology nothing. Again I understand she needed to attend to the first come first served basis. But we were genuinely the only couple in the diamond region so we assumed we were to be served next- she could have told us AGES ago that there’s a queue- this would have saved us from feeling annoyed and our time. We walked out. Absolutely baffled as when we looked back at the shop…she went to talk to her colleague and the other people whom she was keen to serve were not there :-/. So basically don’t go there. Use your precious time and get yourself some quality diamonds at Hatton garden – believe it or not they really are affordable and they make you feel special. Not the z-class diamonds h Samuel offer with TERRIBLE customer service. Brent Cross h Samuel please hire smart looking people (not ones who have stains on their clothes and cheap extensions poking out) with better bedside manner.

The cashier was mixed race with piercing on her nose and othere cashier called maneger she was 24,25 years old with iranian nationality .
