Google Bad Review 1:  Rude staff, worst manger, very unprofessional customer service they are rude, they try to rush you, they speak rude stuff about you in front of you, worst ever three store, they don’t care if you buy from them or from somewhere else, honestly I’ve been with 3 for more than 6 years and this is the only time I’ve ever experienced bad staff, my worst ever experience with three, but this is just this Brent Cross store, I’ve been to plenty of other three store and they are nice friendly and so helpful, but this particular store is the absolute opposite, the staff at the store only pretend to be nice when a regional manager is in, I advise you if you want a three contract or three sim or any support DONT go to this store, just go online or go to another three store ideally the EDGWARE broad walk they have great staff,
