Google Bad Review 1:  I have been waiting over 3 months for the return of my deposit. I have chased multiple people at the branch with no response or follow up to confirm when my money will be returned. I was also made to pay ridiculous fees to end a contract early (£600+) to cover ‘commissions'…. the property was rented out to the new tenants the following day- It made no sense…but we were told if we didn't pay we couldn't end the contract. They will try bleed every penny out of you.

Google Bad Review (2):  Usually I am not writing complaints but this time I would like give a warning for people who are interested in this agency. This agency broke an agreement. Before moving in we agreed that property will be cleaned to a professional standard including carpets. But instead of clean property we got awful carpet, washing machine full of hair, dirty cupboards with lots of mice droppings. We have tried to speak with them but they just ignore all these things. We have been moving many times and much more cheaper properties but this is the worst experience ever. So unprofessional and not following high standards agency. Really disappointed. Have a look pic guys this is what they call deep cleaning!!!!
