Google Bad Review 1:  I have been going to specsavers in kilburn for over 15 years. I have been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old, I am now 30.
Unfortunately my last experience has made me have to get glasses elsewhere
The last experience was the worst customer service I have ever experience to the point I am taking it further to make a complaint.
I had an eye test in October 2019 and informed the optician to read my notes before the eye test to make sure that they are aware that in 2017 notes were left to not touch or edit my prescription for my astigmatism. The optician was aware of this but told me my eyes had changed and that my eyes need to get used to the new prescription even though I told them I was against it.
I picked out new glasses one identical to my 2017 pair. I had no help or advise picking out new glasses to suit my eyes with astigmatism nor did they do the measurements required with new glasses. I paid and waited a week for collection.
In the end I was back and forth approximately 5 times with each time the prescription being wrong. I would have headaches, nausea and motion sickness within 5 minutes of putting them on from all the remakes. During this time I was told to keep trying them out and that I would get used to it. I told them I am not new to glasses and have been wearing glasses for 21 years and know when the prescription is not right.
Even at one point the prescription was made to the original eye test. Also to mention during this time the amount of travel cost and that I had my 3 year old with me or paid for a baby sitter.
On the last remake in late December 2019 they finally listened and made it to my original 2017 prescription. I went to collect the new glasses in January 2020 only to wait 2 hours and be told that there is no record of a remake and that there was no glasses.
They would call me the sunday (2 days later) to find out what's happening. I never got a call. I went the monday to get my full refund.
I am disgusted by how I have been treated and made to feel like I'm insane and that there is nothing wrong, when each remake was proven to be the wrong prescription.
I have also had family members given the wrong prescription.
My advice is to not go specsavers kilburn and to go elsewhere.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Jane lib

Google Bad Review (2):  I have been going to this branch for many years, but of late, the service has been atrocious. I'm doing this review while I'm on hold, which has been for the last 55 minutes! Baring in mind, I've left numerous messages and not one person has got back to me. Recently I was overcharged, and I strongly believe my order wasn't made as I've been waiting weeks now, which is why I'm calling. The branch is now closed so I've wasted all this time! My next move is to visit the branch, demand my money back, and change to another branch. So basically, I wouldn't bother going to specsavers!

Google Bad Review 1:  If your want information on Star estate Agency – avoid at all costs!! They moved us into a room which had bed bugs! And also another room has 3 people living in one room. They never replied to our messages or calls, so had to call the landlord and he had no idea! And the room was filthy.then refused to return our deposit.
Avoid at all costs even of these are cheaper.

Google Bad Review 1:  I cannot stress just how horrible my experience was. I had to move house for a new job and came accross flat on Spare Room – Which i contacted CLAUDETE. she was not only very vague but hard to get hold of. i eventually moved to find the husemates were unhygenic and they did not like when i told them to clean up and from then on made my life a living hell. moving my things, being rude and swearing at me, whch made living in the house unbearable. I reached out to CLAUDETE for help to which she continued to take their side and even when i felt threatened (they put knives in my drawers) she did absolutely nothing to help me, more than 5 – 6 complaint emails and texts later, she told me to get out of the house because she did not want to deal with me. I then asked for the help of someone more senior, to which she passed me the details of John, who was very professional and prompt – but unfortunately has not been able to help with my deposit. After months of searching i relocated once again. CLAUDETE has refused to give me my full deposit back due to the state of the unhygenic house which i was NOT RESPONSIBLE for (i NEVER used any comunual areas), not only was i pushed out of the house by the disgusting couple, but Claudete has been utterly dsrespctful and not once did she try to help me, and i hope NWL PROPERTY look into the way she treats her clients, she has made my experience absolutely horrifying. her negligence, and careless attitude has caused me stress and i have had to pay out a lot on always eating take outs due to the uncomfortableness of being around the horrible people that lived there, as well as moving costs because i was forced to relocate. if anything she should be paying me compensation for the stress she put me under, not with-holding money that is owed to me. I hope NWL property re-consider her position, she should not be allowed to work in this industry, or any that involve customer facing. absolutely disgusting treatment.

Google Bad Review 1:  Wrong information given, lack of integrity, ambiguous language, unresponded correspondance from Mr. Paul Priestly in lettings. After agreeing on dates and price per week, I spoke to the landlord who wanted to personally meet the tenants and while talking to him, we realised that the dates for the beginning of the tenancy were given wrongly to the both of us. Very unhappy. This caused us a big lost of time where looking for a new flat. We ended up not closing the deal and it cost us two emails and three phone calls to sort the refund of the already pre-paid deposit. Once we confirmed we didn't want to go for it due to all the above, our correspondance was completely ignored. Only when the complaint was escalated, after two emails and three phone calls, Mr. Michael Betteridge confirmed the refund of our deposit. Stay away! At least when it comes to lettings.

Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Violets ForthBloom

Google Bad Review 1:  Insensitive and irresponsible clinician.

Went for hip dip dermal fillers. Clinician skipped out the use of numbing injections, and as a result I experienced absolutely unbearable pain throughout the entire procedure. I also received no follow up or after care post appointment.

Upon treating me she only applied a single layer of numbing cream to the area. As the pain was quite bad, I asked if she could apply a bit more, but she refused. I had to take a few breaks throughout the procedure due to the pain being so severe, and during each break she made patronising comments like “the pain is in your head because you’re nervous” and “none of my other clients reacted this way”

I genuinely cannot emphasise HOW unbearable the pain was- and my pain threshold is high.

For reference, I had 140ml of fillers (70ml each side) injected using a cannula and no numbing injections. I could feel EVERYTHING she was doing from start to finish. I literally felt every ml of filler get injected into my body.

A day or two later, I messaged her asking for my before and after photos that she took on her phone,. She responded saying she would send them “soon” However, I have still not been sent my before and after photos, and it has been 6 months since the treatment.

She also stopped responding to my whatsapp and instagram messages for weeks at a time. I had a few queries regarding some unusual pain I was experiencing (and still experience to this day) and received no reply.

After being left in the dark for so long I had no idea what else to do but seek answers and advice from other clinicians that perform the same treatment. They were unable to advise me on her work specifically however empathised with what I was experiencing as a client.

When she did finally reply to me, she spoke to me with an attitude, was rude and made me feel like a burden for needing advice. She said she was not available for a follow up, despite the fact I was due for one, and proceeded to try and charge me £150 in order to arrange one with another clinician. As if the thousands of pounds I invested into the treatment did not cover this. As if it was not her responsibility to provide me this as part of the service. This was not even the bare minimum I could have expected from a responsible person.

Recently, I went to a new clinic for the same treatment and they injected my hips/buttocks with local anaesthetic AND applied lidocaine cream. This time around the treatment was pain free and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I brought up my previous experience with Huda clinic and how she did not use numbing injections, and they were shocked and angered by this as numbing injections are compulsory for this type of filler. The fact she did not carry out a compulsory part of the procedure makes me question what else she may have done irresponsibly.

I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic, as they do not prioritise your comfort or safety. Especially when it comes to body filler, I would not trust this clinician. If you want a clinician that is thorough at doing their job, and genuinely cares for their clients, go elsewhere. There are plenty other clinics out there that offer a much better experience for that much money.

I also would like to note that the fillers are still sore and cause me pain to this day (6 months later) I can only press down on them very lightly as they hurt to touch. When I go to the gym, or walk for long periods of time, they ache and feel very sore. As mentioned, I had more done by another clinician- those ones feel fine and everything is normal. The fillers I had done at Huda clinic have caused me long lasting pain and discomfort and I am considering dissolving them.

Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Marion Ong

Google Bad Review 1:  Always get appointment rescheduling via phone call a few weeks before so if you have a job, this dentist is not for you. Latest saga, have a newborn baby and get an appointment reschedule weeks beforehand (again, no problem I think, I’m on maternity leave) then I call just in case on the day of to discover I don’t have an appointment at all anymore, despite this appointment being booked a year ago!!! Time to change dentists, totally unprofessional.

Google Good Review:  The food and service were ahead of my expectations. I really liked the atmosphere of this spot. Awesome spot to take my family out for dinner.
