Google Bad Review 1: Visited twice and was ignored twice. Ready to buy a new Speed Twin and wanted a test ride to confirm and agreed test ride on demo bike. No interest in discussing what I was looking for, riding requirements, they didn’t attempt to highlight or explain any features of the bike. Obviously not a customer they judged to be worthy of any effort. Left after 45 minutes of waiting. They won’t be contacting me as they didn’t introduce themselves, ask my name or how to contact me. This has dented my view of the brand.

Google Bad Review (2): Used to be great but has gone down hill massively. They act as if they are doing you a favour even though you are paying a lot of money. I have been booking it in for months trying to get alarm issues sorted (3rd Datatool alarm now), agree it's not their fault if the alarm is faulty but they haven't been giving adequate time to my bike to sort the issues. They also kept rearranging my appointments because they were short staffed. I booked a major service last month and this week told me they couldn't fit it in. They agreed to collect it the day before but gave the driver the wrong address even though they have been to collect from me before and said they would come back later. They didn't. After waiting all day they called to say they were not coming and I would now need to re-book after waiting for a month but not on a weekend. I called Laguna in Maidstone and they said they could have it in the weekend after and that if there were any issues, would do anything to look after me. Further to travel but I don't mind as long as I am looked after. My finance is finishing soon but won't be going back to Romford for a new bike.
