Google Bad Review 1:  From the positive reviews on google and Instagram, I decided to give Face London a try rather then use already well established cosmetic companies. Booking issues do occur, it happens to the biggest of companies. However, the way Face London just treat you as another £ sign and do not do what they can to resolve this immediately, clearly shows their work ethics are not what it needs to be in an industrial that is about customer fulfilment. I cannot base this review on their treatments, so if you’re lucky enough to not have any booking issues, then you might be happy with the end goal. I refuse to use a company like face london. What if I had treatment and I needed after care advice, would they just ignore and not care? As this is the vibe I got from the booking process.

Google Bad Review 1:  I can't remember when I started coming to Parfaire maybe 8 or 10 years ago, definitely before 2014.  Unfortunately today will be the last time I do my laser here. Over the years I have been treated by Ana, Sarah, Emma and Beverly.  I have always gotten good service and left good reviews.  I requested an appointment since last week nobody got back to me. Called on Friday and left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. Called on Tuesday and finally got through to Ana and she booked me in for 6.30pm this evening. Got here only for the rude receptionist to tell me I have no appointment and there's nothing she can do after I rushed all the way from central London.  Luckily Emma overheard and said she would squeeze me in.  The receptionist proceeded to gaslight me when I said her customer service is terrible and I expected her to at least try and do something for me as a long standing customer. She proceeded with the usual microagressions when people get called out for being wrong – “you're being rude, you're being aggressive”. No I'm not, I'm articulating how you can better serve your customers. She refused to tell me her name. Luckily this is the last treatment in my course so I can find somewhere else. Very disappointed to be treated like this after all these years. I will also add that my comment was deleted from instagram rather than reaching out to apologise. Very disappointed!

My initial call was at 09:27, I was advised that I will be called right back. I called again at 14:04 as nobody called me back. I was then advised by the call taker that she will chase it up. As mentioned previously, she seemed to be in a hurry to wrap the call up.

I do not have any missed calls. I have received calls today and it is quite coincidental that upon leaving a review, I am informed that allegedly 3 calls were made and my phone was engaged.

I do not think it is unfair that I gave a 1 star review as it is based on my experience and my opinion after all. You stated that you pride yourself on giving the best patient service, I wouldn't know as I didn't get that far however the service I did receive was by no means 5 star service.

Incidentally, I also called another clinic and left a message and they called me back. They didn't appear to have a problem getting through to me. Needless to say, I no longer require your services.

Google Bad Review (2):  i have been to the clinic in may 2021-for acne scars ..have got prp and set of obagi creams -for acne…i know the dermatologist helped alot but my face looked good before the treatment and creams…i have controlled my cystic ane with diet and immense efforts for the past 2 years..now on my face both sides there are cystic acne..it literally aches when i wear mask…i know each skin responds differently…all that sideeffeccts and all ….they are still trying tohelp me…now i am on antibiotics for 3 months which makes my skin more sensitive to sun….at the end of the day as apatient or customer u will expect a improvement or atleast no change…but not worsening……i am not even disappointed for the money i spent…but face looks completely with lumps…blackish patches which those acne left after the treatment…..totallly totally disappointed…but yes they are still helping and guiding me….but still this is not i expected or anyone woould expect…i think my review would help few others to be cautious before starting any treatment on yor face

Google Bad Review (2):  I Rang the clinic and requested for an appointment , receptionist advised i can comin 15 min, so I went to the clinic straight away and found out that I was called in for no reason, staffs were actually not free to do my treatment, waste of fuel for me , The clinic did not even ring me to tell me there is no one free, I eventually did not bother going back there for another appointment booked , poor customer service. When I walked in, the receptionist did not even acknowledge me Unfriendly receptionist , poor customer service , waste my time , i would personally avoid this clinic in the future

Google Bad Review (2):  Con artists, they Falsely advertising hair removal when it's not. They then tell me after spending £1201 that it's not hair removal, it's hair reduction. I'm not happy. When I went in to complain that I have been left feeling like a freak, Henal was rude, and very condescending she's unhelpful, thinking she knows everything, Dr Somji hardly says anything even though he is the Dr but gets his wife who is a dental nurse and beautician to do all the talking. There are another 2 ladies who have had this done, and it has not worked out either for them. Please be aware of this before giving your money to them, please try find someone else, as I personally feel that DrMediSpa is not that good in this area. Please be careful. I just don't want this to happen to you.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very disappointed and upset with the staff and service at HCMedspa.  I asked for an eyebrow clean up with wax and thread however their beautician began threading my eyebrow beyond the touch up line to the point where she made them very thin and completely changed the shape.  This colleague did not apologise nor admit to their fault. A senior member of staff and another beutician then came to inspect my eyebrow and confirmed that the beautician had demolished my eyebrow. In order to create a symmetrical look I had to have my other eyebrow ammended in which it was made more thinner.  When I complained to HCmedspa head office about this I got a very rude reply that was not helpful nor apologetic. I was left feeling angry and dissatisfied that a professional place had such inadequate poor staff.  I was a regular client that went this clinc but would necer go back there again after this unpleasent experience.

Google Bad Review (2):  Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this service as the practitioner used my photo without my consent and exposed me on Instagram, she refused to apologise or show any empathy to my concern to have the photo removed. I would’ve tolerated the bizarre work space and the claustrophobic room the practice took place if it wasn’t for the lack of respect she demonstrated by exposing my work on social media even though I asked for discretion.
