Google Bad Review (2):  I cannot award any stars as my experience of the service was so so poor. In a nutshell please do not waste your time going to this place. I rarely if ever complain or write negative reviews as I tend to err on the side of trying to understand where other people are coming from and giving people the benefit of the doubt. However my experience was so bad I feel compelled to let you all know not to bother going to this place.
I am 35 (almost 36) weeks pregnant with a breech pregnancy. I did my research, phoned the British Acupuncture Council as well as the British Medical Acupuncture Society and was told that it is worth trying moxibustion before medical intervention and that the best time is before 36 weeks. but that even after this time it is worth trying as it can make ECV more effective,
I spoke to very friendly reception staff on the phone who told me I could come in today at 3pm and see Dr Wong who will see me for a consultation then do the treatment.
when I arrived there Dr Wong stood a far distance away looking at me, and did not respond when I smiled and said hello. After a few moments he gestured for me to follow him still not smiling, still no hello. When we sat down he seemed tired, irritated and not present. First he said he would not do the Moxi because it is better between 7 and 8 months then he said that he couldn't do it because they cannot burn things in their building. Even though I had to tell him the names of the medical procedure ECV and the inversion exercise; after not really telling me anything useful and being unfriendly to the point of rudeness, (amounting to about 2 minutes) I was told to buy the herbs and do the procedure myself at home.
I then phoned the London Acupuncture clinic on Harley street who were kind, polite and courteous and told me the procedure is best before 36 weeks and booked me in for a Moxibustion tomorrow (when I turn 36 weeks).
Even though I felt I had wasted my time going to Acumedic, which when you are heavily pregnant and the weather is hot is not a nice experience, I can handle that sort of thing if people are courteous and kind towards me which Dr Wong was most certainly not!

It’s misleading to advertise a fixed price and then increase it, as I would have gone elsewhere that would have been cheaper. Very disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2):  I made an appointment specifically for a laser thread vein removal on my face. Dr Britt Vardy saw me and recommended sclerotherapy instead. The treatment didn't work and my veins became more pronounced after the visit. During the follow up appointment a month later Dr Vardy could not say why the treatment didn't work or why she decided that sclerotherapy was chosen over laser treatment. I have since done laser treatment with a different clinic and it worked perfectly. I don't believe that dr Vardy is qualified and knowledgeable enough to perform such treatments.

Google Bad Review 1:  The worst fillers i have had were by Kay. Not sure what was put in my lips but was meant to be temporary, two years later its still there but moved around to disfigure my face. When I complained to Kay she was rude about it and not interested in resolving it. I am having to pay for expensive surgery to have the nodules removed from my lips which have made my face deformed where I look like Lesley Ash. This woman undercharges for a reason, when it comes to your face it's worth paying extra.
She also has had to remove her business profile from various other review sites due to negative reviews.
Please be careful with trusting Kay with your appearance.

Google Bad Review (2):  UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE
I booked an appointment with Sian but when I went to the clinic in Wimpole Street Sian was not there, I was not notified before my appointment (waste of my time) but they tried to make me see another person which I did not choose. The entire experience was cheap, unethical and unprofessional, they think it is fine to treat customers like cattle in order to maximise profits! I would recommend choosing a better clinic where you actually have doctors treating you, I found one in Wimpole Street that is also cheaper than Regentsparkaesthetics and you are given the time and consideration required.

They literally KNUCKLEDUSTED the scabs off head!!!!!
I could see the hair follicles pulled out covered in blood in the sink.
Experts will tell you that you should always allow the skin to heal naturally without any force or picking.

I caught a fungal infection after they applied minoxidil on my head as part of the aftercare program. They didn’t even pat test to see if it would give off a reaction.

Google Bad Review 1:  My consultation with Dr Jack went well, although I didn't leave filled with confidence I felt happy enough to give the treatment of Lumecca laser a try.
Having tried other lasers in other clinics I thought I knew what to expect, this laser is like no other it is extremely painful! I had the treatment on both arms hands not included, the treatment took around 10 minutes in total. I felt as though it was very rushed, the laser was not taken away from my skin but dragged down (I have not experienced this technique in any other session of laser at other clinics), no numbing cream was applied and when I asked if this could be used I was advised it would void the laser. I find this hard to believe due to all of my research of other clinics providing this treatment using a numbing cream.
I was also left with a burn, the laser was not successful and I now have a scar from the burn. Dr Jack was quick to book me in for a check-up when I called about the burn however, no other after care has been provided. No follow up appointments or phone calls or further pictures taken. At a cost of £360 for one treatment of the arm area not including hands, that takes 10 minutes and did nothing to the appearance of my sun spots I would advise you are better off having a few more sessions paying £180 a session and actually seeing results. I opted to try Lumecca as all the research would lead you to believe that you could get the same results from photo rejuvenation but in a quarter of the time with longer lasting results.
I did not find this to be the case and feel as though I have completely wasted my money. Visiting a clinic on Harley street doesn’t mean anything, invest your time into treatments that take a little longer, are less harming for your skin & will get the results you are looking for.
I have had photo rejuvenation laser and seen the brilliant results myself therefore I know my sun spots react well to laser. Very disappointed with the Lumecca laser and the aftercare at Dr Jacks clinic.

There was some confusion over an order of mine- I ordered a £100 serum and was sent a £25 pounds cream instead. This was somehow rectified but the least I was expecting was an apology which never offered.

Google Bad Review (2):  Where shall I start….There is a gentleman constantly harassing me with calls trying to sell me £99 facials, he can barely speak English, very unprofessional and extremely pushy! I’ve told him to stop calling me yet he didn’t get the message. I did hear great things from a friend about the treatments they are offering and how amazing the therapist is but, unfortunately because of him I have been put off and I don’t think I will be visiting anytime soon.

Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted to get a lip treatment done and sent in some photos for the team to assess. They told me they will get back to me but never do, I re-sent the photo they required on three occasions but there was no response. I even sent a follow up email. I tried to assume the best but if there still isn’t a response then this is just poor customer service at this point. I was genuinely considering treatment here but will go somewhere else. Disappointing.

They actually reply here than via email – I should have communicated my questions over the treatment here.

Edit: They’ve said they replied various times on online chat which is untrue as we communicated over email and yes there was communication *at the start* but the whole point behind this review is that they *stopped* responding after asking for another photo. Even to my follow up email. It is shocking to insinuate that I’m lying instead of taking accountability. Why would I post this review if they were communicating with me? Jessica also should’ve been the one to answer to this since the conversation was with her and if she’s the owner then what can I say, how delusional.
