Google Bad Review 1:  I worked for Ronin for 2 months. To be honest, I found a nice environment which was very multicultural but a part from that the job is so boring and very repetitive. They want you follow the script for each phone call and if you rephrased it even slightly they will highlight it's a problem…you need to constantly to read the script word for word even if maybe in your language it was better rephrased to the customers. The other thing in ronin which is so bad are the bonuses… despite I obtained lot of bonuses, they try to pay you less than normal by changing constantly the amount of it.
Ultimately I was told to leave based on the excuse that I didn’t follow the script. Coincidentally they used that excuse for not paying me my final bonus.

Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) I was invited to an alleged focus group interview on online marketing. and was asked if I would know any other suitable participants from the industry (from other companies). I actually asked a bit but did not find anybody who had time at short notice. Ronin then actively called again and asked if I could win any more participants. Then nothing came. 1.5 hours before the scheduled interview (for which there should be supposedly 200 €) then a somewhat confused gentleman called and informed in a very cumbersome way that my participation was canceled. Apparently you just wanted to generate contacts. From my point of view.

Ich wurde zu einem angeblichen Fokusgruppen Interview zum Thema Online Marketing eingeladen. und wurde gefragt, ob ich evtl. noch weitere passende Teilnehmer aus der Branche kennen würde (von anderen Firmen). habe dann tatsächlich ein wenig herumgefragt, aber niemanden gefunden, der kurzfristig Zeit hatte. Ronin hat dann auch aktiv wieder angerufen und gefragt, ob ich noch Teilnehmer gewinnen konnte. Dann kam nichts mehr. 1,5 Stunden vor dem avisierten Interviewtermin (für den es angeblich 200 € geben sollte) hat dann ein etwas verwirrter Herr angerufen und auf sehr umständliche Weise mitgeteilt, dass meine Teilnahme abgesagt wurde. Offenbar wollte man nur Kontakte generieren. Aus meiner Sicht unserlös.
