Google Bad Review 1:  Witnessed an elderly man being humiliated in front of everybody in the shop, as he had said something was a little bit expensive – to a niece / granddaughter (which he is entitled to do). A shop assistant (or manager – no idea) said in a very loud voice ‘well if you think it is too expensive sir you can leave.’ The man said he didn’t mean to cause any offence and that he always shops in there and he just thought a particular item was a little bit expensive but he has been shopping in there for years – and the manager continued repeating herself so that everybody could hear. I walked out and I hope they lose all their custom for their vile attitude. I can see I am not the only person who has witnessed this in this shop.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had an absolutely disgusting, ,insulting experience in your wilton rd shop in victoria today ,what transpired there was nothing short of a travesty i walked in as i have regularly for at least the past five years i like the selection of clothes you have there it also makes me feel good when i know that money goes to charity when i buy something which i do regularly ,i walk in and straight away the manager has her eyes all over me as if I've been stealing in there for the past five years i go to one part of the shop she follows me i go another part of the shop she's bobbing her head to watch me i turn left she's there i turn right she's there i look down she's there i look up …. well you take my point whilst this is happening other customers are in the shop ,why she singled me out for this level of oppressive vigilance i know not ,is it my appearance, half of my wardrobe has been purchased there ,so now i ask her why are you watching me,then she insults me verbally by telling me I'm being paranoid which is not nice when you know for a fact you are not , straight away she's on the attack the hostility was palpable and very menacing after a brief discussion i was asked to leave ,which i did calmly ,as i walked away feeling alienated and traumatised i wondered what id done to deserve such a betrayal i used to love that shop but from now on i will be avoiding trinity hospice wilton rd in future.
