Google Bad Review 1:  Very rude guy – spoke to him on the phone after I submitted a quote request via the website. He didn't really understand my query (I haven't bought the item yet – need to know if it's fixable first) and wasn't easy to understand. His English is very poor, I can't imagine having to explain a complicated repair to him. He started shouting at me and asking what I'm expecting from him – all I wanted was a rough quote. I stayed calm throughout.
I gather from the other reviews that this is normal. He thinks he's the only person in London who can do these repairs and I think this makes him think he can treat people badly. Avoid.

Google Bad Review (2):  Ruined my handbag. Zero customer service. They were so rude and aggressive, in the end I had to send a courier to collect the bag, as they just seemed a dodgy outfit. I brought an expensive bag to them, to have the lining replaced and the leather repainted. When I queried the price, their story kept changing as to why it was so high, until in the end they agreed on a lower rate. When I was sent pictures of the bag after they had ‘repaired it', there was no centre compartment (they told me everything would be the same as the original), and the excuse I got give was “well we didn't want it to look too bulky…” They ended up adding the centre compartment after I pushed them on it, but were really rude and unpleasant to deal with, acting like they were doing me a huge favour. Aynur clearly didn't have a clue as to how to deal with customers and just kept telling one lie after another, and when things got heated, she just passed the phone over to Darren who sent me a number of angry texts. When I eventually got the bag back via courier (I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them given how aggressive they were over the phone), the leather lining was peeling off (see photos). They told me “they fix loads of designer bags” but clearly they don't – it was clearly a rush job, the people were rude and unpleasant. When I asked for a partial refund they just ignored my texts. Don't use them.
