Google Bad Review:  Requested an end of tenancy clean. They did not clean the property to a standard good enough for the inventory and refused to provide an invoice so I had no proof. They said that the job was more “difficult than expected ” and asked me for more money after I had left, despite the fact I provided exact square meters and a video in advance. They used this as blackmail for coming back to clean to the standard that they guaranteed me (they originally said they would come back if it did not meet standards), or for getting an invoice.
Impressively poor service.
