Google Bad Review 1:  Our experience was under-whelming. We broke off the arrangement after the design phase.

2 stars because their actual designs looked
great, they just refused to package it, tell us what we were getting, I.e asked us to research the brands they were selling to us ourselves.

Summary:
– Rebooked agreed meetings due to ‘busy traffic’.
– Attempted to rebook because designs were not ready by the agreed time.
– When sold a “full design service and budgeting”, you are provided a few rendered designs that they refuse to send to you, and a few bullet points in an email.
– If you question the quality of their presentation, they suggest you “go to ikea or wickes”.

Why did we get this poor service? My hunch is that they were already oversubscribed and our project was too small budget £25-£35k. I expect they normally work with higher budgets or boomers approaching retirement.

tl;dr would not recommend if you’re in your early thirties, you’ll be under-whelmed with the output and more so with the quality of communication.
