Google Bad Review 1: The sales process was efficient, although it would be as they require most of the money up front. We spent the whole day waiting for the template guy to turn up and failed to show. No calls from the company. When we eventually received our fitted worktops Sonny did a good job. The main issue was their operations team who are totally unprofessional. They don't answer the phone, will not call you when requested. They even suggested I pay the final balance before they fitted the worktops. I presumed the company had gone bust and we had been scammed. They ordered the wrong size worktops which had to be re-made leading to further delays. Eventually Nick had to take charge and sort it out. All this lead to a long delay. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry. Pay more use a proper company and avoid the hassle.
