They have refused to send the insurance policy documents despite making requests for almost a year, and despite having authorisation from they landlord to send it to us. They've told us they will email the documents but still have not. They put down the phone on us several times, and also blocked our phone number when we called to get for the policy documents.

Google Bad Review 1:  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
These are the underwriters for Premia Solutions (an insurance company that deals with minor car repairs) sold to me by Evans Halshaw. Had to go through the financial ombudsman to get compensation after two unsatisfactory repairs. Currently have the financial ombudsman chasing them up for the compensation as I still haven’t received what was awarded to me 3 months ago. In my opinion and due to my experience, I believe this is a company which should be avoided.
