Google Bad Review:  Terrible customer service , unreliable. I booked over the phone today at 8pm when there was a room available for my friend and told them he will arrive later. Once we got there a man and the lady working in reception said that I didn't call them and they weren't aware of my booking when it was the same two accents that I heard over the phone, they denied it right in my face. I kept my composure even though they had the oudacity to cause such an inconvenience and lie in our faces, honesty is not a policy in that place. Told me there's no more space there and had to find something else after a long tiring trip. Why didn't they just make all this clear from the beginning instead of causing this nuisance. Told them they can't get away with this so that's why I am leaving a poor review and I will be back in the future to educate them.

Google Bad Review:  As I arrived I was exhausted by the long journey from the Airport to the Hostel. It is really to far away from the Central. First negative point. I checked in and they already made a mistake, I had booked an only female room and they put me in a mixed one! Without even asking me before! They just changed the booking. I payed less than I expected and I was wondering why, later I would understand! They not only switched the room but they also let me check out 2 days before I was meant to!!! They told me it was overbooked and it was a mistake of the agency I booked with! What a mess, what a lie and BAD service! I was and still am shocked!!! Showers broken, rooms uncomfortable and old, used, broken. Restoration in the Hostel, loud noises! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this awful Hostel to anyone!!! Ugly uncomfortable, dirty and stuff mostly unfriendly from the “Boss” to the rest. I am fully disappointed!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Google Bad Review:  I would like to give -10 stars. I had such a bad experience especially with the noice and music at night. You are there to enjoy London not to not sleep at night and then be so tired that you cannot even enjoy being in London. I have been in enough hostels to say you can get something way better for a better price. This is just bad! There is nothing good to say about the place it, only that there was one person working there who was nice but the other person did not even want to give us an extra blanket because we had a one person blanket for a double bed. What a scammers they promis something good and fun and you get something terrible. In the middle of the night the music was put even louder so do not book here unless you are looking for no sleep at all.
