Google Bad Review:  I was Deputy Manager at Hartley House before Eleanor Care took over. I loved my job until the change. I had no support for 11 days during a Covid outbreak in the home, I was left to run it with only 2 other care staff and agency workers that could not speak English or had any clue how to support residents with dementia. I begged for help as after working over 120 hrs in 8 days, sleeping in the office upstairs and going above and beyond I was exhausted, as were my fellow colleagues. I was signed off and then had no choice but to resign. Eleanor Care showed no compassion or emotion to the fact that residents were dying and we needed help desperately. I would never work for this company and I certainly would not send any loved ones to be in their care. It was a disgraceful of them and they should be ashamed of themselves.
