Google Bad Review 1:  Worse place in London I have ever been. I told them how much I did not like it and still couldn’t fix it. Made me pay full price. Left the place crying. Also, I did lash lifting and they also burned my lashes. They tinted my eyebrows and made it a lot darker than my original color. Don’t bother to go overprice and made me pay full amount of money 150 pounds.

I visited the salon on 19 September 2020 for a half set of classic lashes (£80). I have had my lashes done here previously however on this occasion, I was left with a painful, swollen red left eye – see pictures. The pain was so severe that I had to visit a technician nearby who advised that the lashes had been applied too close to my lash line causing blockage and a stye. My lashes in this area had to be removed as you can see. The lashes removed were indeed clumped together with lots of hardened glue.

Further, I had previously had a £50 credit note from a previous rescheduled appointment in March which I was unable to use towards my appointment as they keep no record in the salon of how much money they are holding in your name.

Today, I emailed the Primalashes team explaining my issues and was told that the business (who have two salons in prime Central London location) could not afford to “swallow” the cost of refund/returning my money. When I enquired as to why i could not even receive MY £50 that they were holding they said this was not “part of their policy.”

I am now having to book GP and Optometrist appointments as well as trying to reduce the size of the swelling on my eye. Save yourself the hassle and find a lash salon who will apply lashes correctly EVERY time and at the very least, offer some form of compensation should a mistake be made. I highly recommend Manami Lash in London – better pricing, better training and much better customer service.
