Google Bad Review:  I can not believe how fast this surgery went down hill my dad almost died in the summer as Dr Brook was sure he should isolate although he didn't have covid he then told him.maybe it's flue . NO Dr Brook it was blood clots in lungs that almost cause a man to loose his life ..
I made a appointment for a call back yesterday afternoon I've called numerous times today and still at 6pm waiting for a call back for my 2 year old with painful ears when I did finally get through to.someone they said yes Dr Brook has you on his list to call back
That's the same Dr that couldn't do his job this had been more than one occasion as I've previously had neglect from him to my older child and on their system it stated me nor my children will see this man I'm so angry towards them I used to be so happy with them all and now I just feel they are a beyond repair and so unbelievable non existent of a gp reactice and its such a shame bring back the old receptionists and good Dr's and make the practice run proper and ill change my review
