I’ve ordered in October on Deliveroo. Found a piece of metal wire wrapped in the beef. Deliveroo passed on my info to the restaurant so they could contact me to ‘investigate’ and I heard nothing back.

One month later, decided to give them another chance. Ordered different things on Deliveroo. This time the metal wire is wrapped in tofu.

Worst experience ever. What’s that metal wire gonna do for your dishes, that you have to keep adding them, huh????

One male staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful when asked to call the police. Wont be going here again. Recommend the bar staff member learn some basic customer skills or not work in the service industry at all.
