Google Bad Review:  Ben told me I needed a new pump and complete diverter to fix my boiler but he strangely couldn’t get hold of these parts and sent me off on a blind search for them. He couldn’t even give me the parts numbers. After 4 weeks of this I found another plumber who knew what he was doing! The pump was fine and so was the diverter so that saved over £400 to start and the part that did get replaced Ben had not even mentioned. Ben may be good at replacing boilers but he couldn’t repair mine and worse would have charged me hundreds of pounds to replace parts that were working fine. From the start Ben just wanted me to replace the whole boiler as that’s all he really knows how to do.

Google Bad Review:  Charged me £75 to unblock a sink, was there for 20 minutes and all he did was put chemicals down the sink. He said his call out for first hour was £65 which I agreed to but charged me another £10 for chemicals and asked him to waive seen as though it wasn’t a hard job but declined. Also left the hot water tap not working when it was working fine on arrival. He did come back to rectify but shocked that he left it that way. I wouldn’t use again.

Then he completely ghosted us – quote never arrived, he or anyone at N4 did not reply to texts, phone messages or emails. Not really one for leaving reviews but I find this so unprofessional and just a bad disrespectful way to treat people who are trying to give local businesses work. So beware.
